The Holy Bible

Technology is used everyday but it is constantly changing. If you have the book the book won't change over time. So please make sure you have a book version of the Holy Bible and or older version of the bible. Some may prefer the Hebrew Bible, Tanakh and Torah.  

A Weighted Blanket

Weighted blankets can ease stress, soothe anxiety, depression, helps improve sleep, hug around you so you don't feel alone and helps those with Autism.
