In this Policy, the terms “Save Faith,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Save Faith Co.
Please read our Terms and Conditions and Policies before accessing or using our Services. If you cannot agree with the Policy or the Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use our Services. The Site and the App are provided by WIX. The site uses third party billing through WIX.
Policy Modification: Save Faith may change the Policy from time to time, to reflect how we process your data, and if we make changes, we will revise the effective date or last modified date at the top of this Policy. If we make changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will attempt to provide advanced notice (including via real or near real-time disclosures) or otherwise via the Site, or by some other means of contact so that you have a reasonable opportunity to review the changes before you continue to use the Site or the Services.
If you do not agree with the modified Policy, please stop using the Site, or the Services.
The Personal Data We Collect
To fulfill or process orders
Identity and contact information such as name, phone number, and shipping address, as well as financial information or payment account information, for delivery, returns, refund, sales tax determinations, and payment operations.
Transaction details, such as return and refund details, gift card number, and order history, in our Services, in order to fulfill basic functions, including processing your payment and return requests, and keeping you informed of the order status and shipping logistics.
Location data at an IP address-based level, to tailor your experience in terms of displaying the appropriate local website, language, or user experience.
Additional identity information that you provide if you take part in our "college campus ambassador program," such as your school, name, email address, PayPal account, and city, for identity authentication purposes.
To provide customer service and support, or to provide you with service-related communications;
Your communication history with us via various channels, such as email, phone, social media, mail, instant chat, and our customer service platform, to respond to your requests, as well as to keep you updated about your account and the Services.
Photographs you upload to our Services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, to provide product advice, and to allow you to voluntarily show other potential customers what items may look like when purchased or worn.
To prevent and investigate fraud and other illegal activities;
Information automatically collected through the Services, such as browser type, device information, operating system, and account setting information for fraud prevention and detection and credit risk reduction.
Log-in data for risk control and fraud reporting.
Billing address to verify payment information.
To comply with legal or compliance requirements;
Identity information, such as ID- or passport-related information, for customs clearance purposes.
Transaction history and certain identifying information to handle and resolve legal disputes, for regulatory investigations purposes, and to comply with lawful requests from a competent law enforcement agency or court.

We may use your information for any other purpose disclosed to you prior to you providing us your personal information or which is reasonably necessary to provide the Services or other related products and/or services requested, with your permission or upon your direction.
Please note: When communicating with us by email or through forms on our Services, or when you publicly share content through our Services, we ask that you please do not send us any sensitive information pertaining to yourself or to others. We do not collect or store sensitive information or special categories of information.
Sharing Your Personal Data
We may disclose and share your personal information with the parties as described below.
Within Our Corporate Organization . We may share your personal information with our related group companies and, in some cases, other affiliates of our corporate group for business maintenance and personalization continuity purposes, for instance, so that you may enjoy a personalized user experience across our digital properties, to provide you with the Services, or to take actions based on your requests or preferences.
Third Party Sellers and Drop shipping We are a third-party drop shipping seller. Seller sells its’ products on the platform and the third-party seller will ship the products to you directly, we may share your personal data (name, address, and telephone number) with them so that they may fulfill your order and provide your personal data to a shipping logistics provider in order to ship the products to you.

California Privacy Rights
This section applies only to California residents. We generally do not collect protected classifications about our users, biometric information, or education-related information. If you are a California resident, you have rights in relation to your personal information; however, your rights are subject to certain exceptions. For instance, we cannot disclose specific pieces of personal information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the personal information, your account with us or the security of our network systems. To assert your right to know or your right to delete your personal information, please see the "Contact Us" section below. Right to Delete . You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you or maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.
CCPA Right to Opt-Out of Selling . You have the right to opt-out of having your personal information sold. To exercise this right, please see the "Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies" section above for a description of opting out of cookies and controlling browser settings, in addition to clicking the "Manage Cookies" link in our Site footer to load a consent tool that will allow you to opt-out of the cookies on our Site.
Use of an Authorized Agent to Submit a Request . Only you or a person you formally authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information as a California consumer. If you use an authorized agent to submit such a request, we will require written proof that the authorized agent has been authorized to act on your behalf or a copy of the power-of-attorney document granting that right.
In addition, California's Shine The Light law permits customers who are residents of California to request information regarding our disclosure of certain personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (see California Civil Code section 1798.83 (e)(7) for a list of personal data categories). You can submit a disclosure request using the contact information provided below once a year and free of charge. However, we do not share any personal information protected under the Shine The Light law with third parties, other corporate family entities, or affiliate businesses for their direct marketing purposes.
Nevada Privacy Rights
This section applies only to Nevada residents. Although we do not "sell" "covered information" of Nevada "consumers" as those terms are defined by Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, if you are a Nevada consumer, please go to our Privacy Center and inform us that you would like us to provide you notice in the event we should do so in the future, at which point you will have an opportunity to be verified and exercise your opt-out rights under that law. Save Faith Co. does not permit uploading, distributing, or otherwise publish through the Services any content, information, or other material that: (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of Save Faith.
Additionally, you agree not to:
use the Services for any unlawful purposes, or in a way that could violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, the rights of Save Faith, or the rights of any third-party;
to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or other persons using the services or expose us or them to liability;
use the services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or App or any other party’s use of the services; use any robot, spider or other manual or automated device, process, software or means to index or access the Services for any purpose; use the services to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content, or solicit other persons using the Services for commercial purposes; or
otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service.

Course and Session Policy
Save Faith and members will not tolerate or accept any type of abuse. We reserve the right to end the course or session prematurely if this occurs and will not refund. There are no refunds! Cancellations can be made up to 24hrs prior to session. Sessions are confidential. No recording pictures or sharing of course or session zoom or devices used for the session permitted. By booking and making payment you are consenting that you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
Shipping could take up to 30 days depending on the location. Most locations will receive their ordered item within 3 weeks. We apologize in advance for the shipping timeframe, and we are working on a speedy delivery.

Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
Hats, clothing, backpack, keychain, tote bags and travel bags can be returned unworn, undamaged after approval within 30 days from order date. Email all return request with order name and order number to support@savefaithmovement.com
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVED REQUEST NUMBER. A REFUND REQUEST NUMBER AND RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU TO PLACE ON YOUR RETURN LABEL. ***DO NOT MAIL YOUR RETURN ITEM TO THE CONTACT ADDRESS ON FILE.**** The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer responsible for shipping fee return. Once item is received back the refund process will begin.
Quality Check for Returns
When a return item arrives at the warehouse, an inspection and/or test will ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
All Sessions, Courses Jewelry and Digital items such as courses, music downloads and e-books are non-returnable and non-refundable.
What is the refund method?
1. The refund will be sent to your original form of payment based on the refund method you selected.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the approved refund has been processed, Refund time varies from 1-30 business days depending on your financial institute or bank.
How can I get a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.
If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you may contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.
Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a commission fee.
2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.
3. The original shipping fee was deducted out of the total amount.
